IVY AKAdemy is a youth enrichment and mentoring program for high school girls sponsored by The Ivy Legacy Foundation  and the Rho Theta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.  RTO has been mentoring youth in the Greater Philadelphia area for over 25 years. The 10-month program runs from September thru June and has workshops that focus on career & college exploration, STEM initiatives, etiquette, building positive relationships and team building activities.
